Jumbo Japanese Quail Eggs for Hatching
We always have fertile Jumbo Quail eggs for hatching. The Jumbo Quail looks just like the Japanese (Coturnix) quail but it’s bigger (around 250g-300g) and it’s mainly kept for table use. The Jumbo's egg laying activity is not as frequent as their smaller relatives but their eggs are larger and just as delicious and healthy. As to their meat quality, once you try it, you would probably not want to taste a chicken ever again. The eggs you get are carefully selected from a good quality breeding stock, collected 5 times a day to reduce the chance of any infections. Our eggs are stored at 15°C with a relative humidity of 70 % to ensure that there will be no embryonic development before you place your eggs into the incubator.
